NREP in coordination with local micro-finance institution namely Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (Mithila MFI) and local e-cooking supplier namely Renewable Energy Water Supply and Sanitation Promotion Centre (REWSSPC) has organized e-cooking orientation and demonstration event with an objective to orient Induction stove users about operation and uses, safety features and significance of induction cook stove and to engage private sector for creating new market areas in the RE sector. Two events were conducted at Dhalkebar and Janakpur in February and March 2021 respectively with a remarkable presence of more than 50 members in each event from cooperative including maximum female participants.  Proper orientation and demonstration of e-cooking technology to the women and the communities appeared to be helpful in adopting this technology.
